You only need to register in Quebec or Ontario if your company is opening a physical office in that province.

Your head office address is your company registered head office, you will enter the new office address in the branch address section.

Registration in Ontario can take 2-4 weeks as they are not submitted electronically. Registration in Quebec is completed electronically but will still take anywhere from 7-14 business days.
