IncorpDirect Inc. uses WorldPay, a worldwide Internet Payments Solutions provider to accept online credit card payments. IncorpDirect Inc does not store or process any of your credit card details. When you make a payment using your credit card, you are transferred to WorldPay's secure online server.

Upon completion of the transaction, you are returned back to the IncorpDirect website. WorldPay encrypts all you personal information & credit card details on an industry standard secure 128-bit SSL connection.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Delta.

There are several stages in the application and payment cycle where customers are given the opportunity to cancel their purchase. As a consequence, we do NOT give refunds after a purchase has been executed.

Procedure - When you have failed to log in correctly, a "Forgotten Password" link will be displayed on the screen. Click on this button. Alternatively, click onto the "More" button next to the login boxes to be taken directly to the Forgotten Password page.

Recovery Q & A - You will then have to answer the "Recovery" question that you inputted when you registered for an account with us. This is another level of protection that we have built into the system for your security. When your response to the recovery question has been verified, we will e-mail your password to you and you may proceed to login and use the website.

Encryption - We use a 256 bit key to encrypt your data which is then stored on our web server.

Restricted Access - Only certain members of our staff are entitled to access your personally identifiable information.

Authentication - We employ password systems to verify authorized administrative users.

SSL Encryption - You enter in all your personally identifiable information on an SSL page and when that information is generated in My Account, it is also displayed on an SSL page. In order for you to access that information, you have to enter in your username and password. We suggest that you guard your password carefully and not write it down or tell anyone what it is. As the password you chose must be alphanumeric with a minimum character length, it makes it harder for a hacker to obtain unauthorized access to your information.

We keep your SIN details only for as long as it takes us to complete the forms required by the government and perform a SIN check where necessary. Once this check has been completed, we will safely delete your SIN details from our system.
