Business Registration - Initial Declaration

Registration of your corporation is mandatory in the province where you do business. If you are not already registered, your corporation must do so within 60 days of commencing business in Quebec or Ontario. This is not for sole proprietors or partnerships, but for CORPORATIONS ONLY.
