The ClicSÉQUR code is your corporate key to access your file with the Registraire des Entreprises. Without this you cannot file changes. The access code contains both numbers and letters, and are upper and lower case.

If you did not receive the code in the weeks following incorporation, you will need to contact Revenu Québec and they will mail it to your head office. At that time you can file the Amendment. They will not give this out to you over the phone.

We will send you a PDF of your file with the Registraire once it is approved and the original documents in PDF format as soon as they are available online.

If your name is refused we will receive notification explaining the reason and we can then resubmit with revisions. There is no fee to resubmit as they will refund the original fees because it was rejected.
